Biography

Zach Lee specializes in employment law, civil litigation, probate and estate planning, as well as white-collar defense. He has extensive litigation experience, having represented multiple Fortune 500 companies in a wide range of employment-related matters. Zach also has experience representing both companies and individuals in government agency investigations and in federal white-collar criminal cases. His work includes the successful defense of a cardiologist against federal Medicare fraud charges.

He holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Criminology from the University of Colorado Boulder, and a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School. While in law school, Zach interned with the Securities and Exchange Commission for two semesters. He also interned with the Department of Homeland Security, where he advised Homeland Security Investigations agents on financial crime investigations.

Zach’s diverse background enables him to effectively address a wide variety of legal issues across multiple practice areas.
