Peterson Law Partner, Mark A. Peterson

1962 – 2024

Mark Peterson’s dedication to the practice of law and love of life have left an indelible mark on our firm. In his 35-year career, Mark represented clients in general business transactions, corporate law, and real estate law. As a partner, Mark’s leadership and wisdom were invaluable. He was not just a colleague, but a mentor and friend, whose commitment to excellence set a standard for us all.

Mark was a proud graduate of Upper Arlington High School and The Ohio State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the Fisher College of Business. He graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree. Mark was also a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Columbus Bar Association and had been voted a “Top Lawyer” multiple times.

We keep his family and friends in our hearts. Mark is survived by his wife, Karen, and daughter Kate, and we extend our heartfelt condolences to them.
