Biography

 

Istvan is a partner in the firm, providing bespoke legacy planning and specialized asset protection services to his clients. He delivers expertly crafted personalized trusts, estate plans, wills, and powers of attorney. He helps clients successfully navigate Medicaid planning and qualification, elder law, medical directives, and special-needs planning.  Offering tailored trust packages, Istvan also assists high net worth families safeguard assets from potential creditors, lawsuits, and other risks.

 

Istvan graduated from Capital University Law School cum laude. While there, he served as Executive Publishing Editor of the Capital University Law Review and completed an externship with Hon. James L. Graham of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Istvan has volunteered for numerous pro bono clinics, including the Internal Revenue Service's Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Grant Program, providing free tax services to underserved communities.
