Revocable Living Trust Plan

The Revocable Living Trust Plan includes the following:

• Health Care Directives (Living Will and Health Care Power of Attorney)

• Pourover Will (must be probated, but only if any assets missed after the execution and funding of your estate plan)

• Durable Power of Attorney (for financial purposes)

• Revocable Living Trust

It should be noted for this plan:

• No asset protection for the parents

• Limited planning for the children

• No planning for Medicaid eligibility
